Rick Kardos is the executive director for the New England regional office of the National Coalition for the Protection of Children & Families headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has also served as the head of men’s ministry for the past eight years at his home church in Amherst, NH.
In addition, Rick and his wife, Vicki, co-founded The Nathan Project, a ministry serving men and their families who struggle with sexual addiction. His personal battle with the addiction and subsequent recovery by God’s great grace are the impetus for his ministry to men and their families.
The For Men Only – Pure Desire ministry of the National Coalition and the partnership with Dr. Ted Roberts are mainstays of the Coalition work in New England. This hands-on ministry to men is one of the keys to equipping the “healthy” Church of the 21st century to embrace and defend biblical sexuality.
Prior to joining the ministry in January 2005, Rick was the principal of an Executive Recruiting firm in Manchester, N.H. for 9 1/2 years. He and Vicki have been blessed with three grown children and two grandchildren and reside in Bedford, N.H.
