National Coalition Prayer Movement Needs You!

The National Coalition has recently launched a new movement calling women to fervent and faithful prayer as they protect their children from the sexualized messages of today’s culture.

The initiative, appropriately named iCare…about protecting children, will educate, train and mobilize women to rise up and stand against the assault attacking the innocence of our youth.

While the initial focus of this movement is protecting children from the distribution of adult content on wireless technology, the purposes are much broader, which include:

• Calling Christian women and their friends to prayer and action for the protection of our children and young people from sexual exploitation by:
  
  • sexualized media messages
    
  • exposure to pornography
    
  • sexual predators
    
  • sex trafficking
    
  • molestation
    
  • sex slavery
    
• Educating women to the immediate danger of sexual exploitation and experimentation made possible by advanced technologies.
  
• Mobilizing women to join together and provide them effective action steps to protect the nation's children and youth.
  

Statistics reveal how the sexualized culture has had a devastating impact on the nation’s youth:

• The American teenager is the most sexually active of all industrialized nations
  
• American teenagers lead the industrialized world in sexually transmitted diseases
  
• American teenagers lead the world in unwanted pregnancies and abortions
