CONTACT YOUR U.S. SENATORS TODAY!

Porn attorney David Ogden could soon become one of the highest-ranking officials in the Department of Justice—but there is still time for you to act and make your voice heard.

The Senate Judiciary Committee is scheduled to vote on the nomination of Ogden for Deputy Attorney General on Thursday, February 26. Ogden, nominated by President Obama to serve as the second-highest-ranking official at the Justice Department, has defended producers and distributors of pornography such as Playboy and Penthouse, and has opposed even the most reasonable restrictions on abortion and hardcore porn.

For the sake of our children and families, we must join the many other voices decrying President Obama’s choice of a vehement porn defender for such an influential post. Please contact your U.S. Senators today and ask them to oppose Ogden’s nomination.

To provide you a rational foundation for addressing the issue of pornography, the National Coalition has produced Pornography: The Deconstruction of Human Sexuality. This 32-page booklet, included in the six-part Cultural Apologetics Series, offers arguments to defend the social and legal constraints upon pornographic materials and supplies evidence that demonstrates the negative personal and societal consequences of porn consumption.

Please visit the National Coalition’s website or call our office at (513) 521-6227 to order Pornography: The Deconstruction of Human Sexuality in our Cultural Apologetics Series.

Don’t forget—call your senators today and express your disapproval of David Ogden’s nomination for Deputy Attorney General! And be sure to forward this message to family and friends. When we speak as one, our voices will be heard!
