Leah Risma joined the National Coalition in 1993, heading its finance, human resources and information systems departments. As Chief Financial Officer, she oversees the financial accounting, tax reporting, cash management, budgeting, compliance with governmental, public and private agencies, maintenance of corporate charitable licenses, and the production of interim and annual audited financial statements for the National Coalition, as well as the Religious Alliance Against Pornography, an affiliated 501(c)3 corporation. In addition, she is responsible for the administration of personnel and benefits, implementation of policy and management of computer network operations.

During her tenure with the National Coalition, Leah has worked closely with the executive staff and independent auditors to restructure and improve the organization's accounting, reporting and budgeting procedures. In her technological role, she led the establishment of a local area network for the Cincinnati headquarters and co-led the creation of an internet-accessible constituent-relationship management program that was launched in 2005. Collaboratively working with the President/CEO, the development staff and the Board of Directors, she continuously monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with standards set forth by federal and state regulations, the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability and the Better Business Bureau Wise Giving Alliance.

Leah earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. She is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio, and is an active member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.

The youngest in a family of 5, born and raised in the musical culture of the Philippines, Leah has sung at different churches, ministries and social events since age 12, and continues to do so today. She also volunteers her time doing community development activities with Give Back Cincinnati.
