eCounseling

The National Coalition's eCounseling   resource is a free online counseling service. It is a secure individual forum where you can share your struggles with one of our trained counselors.

How it Works

1. Sign-up
   Click here to create an account and receive your free user login, which is required to use the eCounseling system.
   
   
2. Ask a Question
   You can ask your questions via our secure eCounseling support forum. These are individual discussions between you and one of our trained counselors. Your discussions are only viewable by you when logged into our website. All information is deemed confidential and held in the strictest confidence.
   
   
3. Review Discussion History
   Our system tracks every conversation between you and our trained counselors. When a counselor responds to your question, you will be notified via email. You may then log back into the website to view the counselor's response. You can also close a discussion and open new discussions at any time.

The National Coalition maintains the utmost level of privacy. All personal information shared will remain confidential.
